I need to officially informally recognize two amazing people that work at this dealership. Dan, the service manager and Jake. Jake has helped me over the past couple years with any questions I’ve had pertaining to my car. He has been a wonderful asset to this dealership and so kind in his manner and Gentile. Dan I just recently met and I couldn’t say enough good things about him. He was so easy to work with and so incredibly helpful I never felt more happy coming to this dealership as I have since he has been there! Thank you both so much! Ray ( owner ) is also very kind, accommodating and ready to listen or answer Any questions I have. Thank you, Midstate Mitsubishi for making my experience better than it was before.

At Midstate Mitsubishi I got the opportunity to meet a great sales team that made my car purchase hassle free. Unlike other dealers where you have to ask to speak for the sales manager after you get in dead end with the salesman , I was greeted and welcomed by the sales manager when I just walked in the dealership. Mr Stephane Jovin understood exactly what I needed and within few minutes he answered all my questions with a professional manner. He then introduced me to Ryan the salesman who took me to test drive two vehicles. Ryan made sure that I know every feature that the car offered. The financial negotiation with Stephane was clear and honest , he made sure I got the best deal possible by offering me a rebate and a discount. When it comes to sign the paperwork, it was done without any further delay. I do really appreciate the fact that these people care about the customer time , they didn’t play any gimmicks or throw any extra charge on the deal . At the delivery time of my vehicle it was plotless, the gas tank was full and the battery was fully charged. . To Stephane and Rayan I can’t thank you guys enough for making this experience a complete success and statistician. After 4 days with my new Outlander PHEV, I feel the obligation to write a review about the amazing experience that I have with this new car and the sales team. Right now Midstate Mitsubishi offer 0% financing for 60 or 72 months. As soon I got into the dealership, I was greeted by the general sales manager Stephane Jovin , and within few minutes he answered all my questions in a very professional manner, after test driving two vehicles with the salesman Rayan Kassatly who showed me all the features that this car offered , I pretty much knew what I wanted. The financial negotiations with Stephane was honest and straightforward. He made sure I got the best deal possible and the Paperwork was done without any delays. This is the first time I dealt with the a sales team that care for the customer time and needs. They didn’t play any gimmick or throw any out of ordinary charges on the deal . Stephane really exceeded my expectations and made this journey so smooth and easy. I can’t thank him enough for his service and dedication to meet his customer satisfaction. At the delivery of my car it was filled up with gas and fully charged and spotlessly clean. I am very grateful to everyone in this place, and for sure this dealership will be my number one place for my car needs.

I found the right (used) car at the right price online. Ryan and the others at Midstate were helpful without being pushy and without trying to "upsell" me any extras. I first called at about 10 AM and by about 6 PM I was on the road with my new car all paid for and registered.

Great as always, the waiting room was comfortable, I had my daughter with me and one of the employees there gave her a plushie and slime. Super kind! The people that did the oil change vacuumed the car. Loved that lol!

Great service department. My vehicle was spotless after the service appointment. Mechanic found a minor issue I was not even aware of and took care of it under warranty.

Sales Staff are very friendly and kind and make you feel welcomed and comfortable never had any issues with them. Brought my truck for service and the service department staff are very caring to your needs and prompt. They always do what they say and stand by their service.

Excellent service by experienced technicians but the rates they charge reflect top dollar you’d expect from a dealership. Also, the Auburn location is far more less convenient to me than their previous Westboro location, after I purchased three consecutive Outlander & Sport models there.
