“ Due to a recent loss of my dad I wanted to sell my truck to obtain money to for his headstone. With that said I took my truck to a couple of dealers with no intent to trade it in. The first low balled me I knew what I had. I stopped in to meet Joe the KBB guy at Mid State who is very nice and personable guy who did the intake on my vehicle. A few of his appraisers looked at the vehicle and gave me an offer before Ray asked to see it. He test drove it and made me a higher offer. I opted to sell it out right. Now came the time to buy a car. I had indicated to Ray that I took another offer on my truck, but that I would be looking for another vehicle. I like the way that they had treated me when I was looking to sell my truck. It was pretty fair. It just wasn’t something I could accept. In the end, I got what I wanted and I also bought a vehicle from Midstate. The whole staff from Brianna, the used car manager and Ray the proprietor and Jake my sidekick test driver Everybody was amazing. They made every effort to deliver me my vehicle on the same day and they came through I was amazed. Communication and follow up were superior.
