“ Due to a recent loss of my dad I wanted to sell my truck to obtain money to for his headstone. With that said I took my truck to a couple of dealers with no intent to trade it in. The first low balled me I knew what I had. I stopped in to meet Joe the KBB guy at Mid State who is very nice and personable guy who did the intake on my vehicle. They made every effort to deliver me my vehicle on the same day and they came through I was amazed. Communication and follow up were superior. I’ve bought a lot of vehicles from a lot of dealerships in my lifetime. And this was totally the way buying a vehicle should be. There was no how much do you want to spend?
