“ Due to a recent loss of my dad I wanted to sell my truck to obtain money to for his headstone. With that said I took my truck to a couple of dealers with no intent to trade it in. The first low balled me I knew what I had. I stopped in to meet Joe the KBB guy at Mid State who is very nice and personable guy who did the intake on my vehicle. A few of his appraisers looked at the vehicle and gave me an offer before Ray asked to see it. He test drove it and made me a higher offer. I opted to sell it out right. Now came the time to buy a car. I had indicated to Ray that I took another offer on my truck, but that I would be looking for another vehicle. I like the way that they had treated me when I was looking to sell my truck. It was pretty fair. It just wasn’t something I could accept.
