Unlike other dealers where you have to ask to speak for the sales manager after you get in dead end with the salesman , I was greeted and welcomed by the sales manager when I just walked in the dealership. Mr Stephane Jovin understood exactly what I needed and within few minutes he answered all my questions with a professional manner. He then introduced me to Ryan the salesman who took me to test drive two vehicles. Ryan made sure that I know every feature that the car offered. The financial negotiation with Stephane was clear and honest , he made sure I got the best deal possible by offering me a rebate and a discount. When it comes to sign the paperwork, it was done without any further delay. I do really appreciate the fact that these people care about the customer time , they didn’t play any gimmicks or throw any extra charge on the deal .
